| The new Chevron Series 12 LCG (Low Center Of Gravity) car carrier is a new patent pending design from Chevron and was developed for you, the tower in mind. This revolutionary system uses many features from our Series 30 Industrial LCG version that was introduced earlier and also what revolutionized our industrial carrier body product lines. Now, that same technology has been incorporated to develop and introduce the new series 12 for pass car and light truck applications to 12,000lbs. This newly design carrier subframe assembly reduces the overall deck height up to 5" as compared to our std series 10 carrier. This newly enhanced body will make your job and daily life easier with the task of loading and unloading vehicles from your carrier. Lower to the ground offers easier access to getting in and out of the vehicles and a lower load angle for newer generation vehicles that are quickly approaching our industry. This concept also increases stability with a lower center of gravity for those occasionally heavy loads that are always encountered and most of all the lower approach angle will prevent dragging or hanging up during loading and unloading process. |

| The LCG carrier system requires inboard tilt cylinders to achieve the low deck profile. This means compatible chassis cannot have inboard mid-ship fuel tanks. Chassis not compatible with the Series 12 LCG carrier because of the fuel tanks are Ford 550.GM 5500, and Dodge 5500. The Series 12 LCG carrier fits on chassis having dual rear wheels and tires only. Air bag rear suspensions are recommended to achieve the lowest possible load angle. Chassis that do not employ helper spring pads such as International 4300, Ford 650, and GM 6500 have no installation issues surrounding the rear suspension. Hino chassis will need the helper spring pads lowered. The Nissan 2000 and 2300 are compatible with the Series 12 LCG carrier, but only in the K model wheel base (153 CA) because of the exhaust tail pipe interfering with the tilt cylinder saddle. The maximum recommended frame height is 38 inches when the carrier is equipped with a wheel lift. The frame height can be 40 inches when the carrier is equipped with a dock stabilizer or one-car configuration. |
